We will discuss with you the type of flooring that best suites your needs. We will show you different types of samples boards and explain the pros and cons of each flooring sample. Once we come to a conclusion on the best product for your project we will then set up the delivery. All the products are backed with our warranty, the suppliers warranty and the company that is the producer of each product. We install each and every floor by the N.W.F.A. (National Wood Flooring Association) guidelines. 

  When we refinish a floor we discuss different stain colors with the customer. We will narrow down the stain colors down to two to three colors. We will then place swatches on the floor on a small sanded area. This is best to see what the color will look like on your floors. We will then proceed with the sanding process. We prep the area by hanging plastic to separate from the rest of the area not getting refinished. After sanding down to bare wood we will stain the color chosen by the client. Then we will apply three coats of water based or oil based finish (matte, satin, semi gloss and gloss). All work is down in a clean and professional manner.
