Services

We begin all of our projects with an on site estimation.  You will receive an itemized proposal within 24-72 hours & upon agreement of proposal & start date you will receive a confirmation one week prior for AV Custom Flooring to proceed with proposed work.  You will receive your materials 2 weeks prior to start date.

On the day of project, Andrew & his team will begin by prepping your home by isolating the areas with plastic & removing any furniture as necessary.

This will ensure a safe, clean environment for the installation of your new flooring.

When everything is prepped, AV Custom Flooring will remove any carpeting or pre-existing flooring.  They will also remove any moldings as needed.

The team will then begin to install the underlament of the hardwood floor which is a vapor barrier to protect your floors from moisture & warping.   The team will then begin to install the new flooring of choice & depending on the type of floor you have chosen, you may or may not need finishing.

We will help you with these decisions during the estimate & go over any other questions you may have.
